Operations Trainee

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our growing digital marketing and IT team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication, process optimization, and internal operations within a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how digital and tech businesses run behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across digital marketing and IT projects.

 Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, development, QC) to ensure timely project delivery.

 Help manage project timelines, resources, and task assignments using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).

 Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for internal and client use.

 Support in quality control checks, documentation, and process audits.

 Assist in onboarding new clients and team members by preparing documentation and walkthroughs.

 Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Track KPIs and performance data related to client campaigns, product launches, and team efficiency.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or final year student).

 Strong interest in digital marketing, technology, and project management.

 Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

 Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management platforms.

 Fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

 A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
