We are seeking a Communications Trainee (Graphics) who can craft professional, elegant visual assets primarily using Canva and PowerPoint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making slides, has a good grasp of basic English content, and wants to contribute to meaningful social initiatives. Key Resposibilities: Presentation & Visual Design Transform raw inputs into clear, visually engaging slides using Canva and PowerPoint. Maintain design consistency, apply templates, and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics. Thoughtfully place icons, visuals, and graphics to enhance communication. Create simple infographics and social media graphics as needed. Content Integration & General Communications Support Align graphics with concise English content — headings, bullet points, key messages. Ensure slides and graphics are error-free, clear, and compelling. Assist with quick-turnaround design needs for events, meetings, and campaigns. Collaborate with content and learning teams to visually represent ideas. Skills & Profile: Aesthetic sense: clean design, alignment, spacing, icon usage. Proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, and PowerPoint. Basic English fluency: to follow briefs and ensure accurate text. Fast learner, eager to experiment and adapt. Interest in education, leadership, and public policy is a plus.
