Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Support different departments such as Finance, Sales, and Admin in routine tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain records, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations.
  • Work closely with senior managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for operational requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
