Operations Trainee

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Trainees to join our team. This role is ideal for graduates from any stream who are passionate about learning operational processes, coordinating daily kitchen and delivery activities, and ensuring smooth business functioning. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day cloud kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery partners, and vendors to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor order flow, track performance metrics, and resolve operational issues in real-time.
• Support inventory management – including stock updates, procurement assistance, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards within the kitchen.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Provide support in customer service coordination and grievance handling.
• Learn and implement SOPs to maintain consistency across kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Any graduate from any stream (Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts (if required).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Interest in food, hospitality, or operations management will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
