Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Diamond Operations to join Unbridaled. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient processing of orders placed on our marketplace. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating with diamond suppliers, conducting quality control checks, and overseeing the export of diamonds to our overseas clients. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Unbridaled.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Onboarding

● Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers and vendors.

● Verify supplier credentials, documentation, contracts, and compliance with internal policies.

● Set up and maintain supplier data in internal systems.

● Train and guide new vendors through procurement procedures, quality standards, and delivery expectations.

Operations Management

● Monitor and optimize daily operational activities across procurement, logistics, and inventory coordination.

● Support supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, quality control) to streamline processes.

● Track and report on KPIs related to supplier performance and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

● Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

● Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

● Maintain up-to-date SOPs and support internal audits or supplier evaluation.



Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of operational and customer service experience in the diamond or fine jewelry industry is required.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are a must.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and operational software is a plus.
