Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality
Restaurant Type: Turkish Cuisine (Bakery, Pastries, Fine Dining)
Experience Required: 5–8 years (preferably in restaurant operations)
Reporting To: Owner / General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our newly opened Turkish restaurant in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, uphold service standards, maintain a strong team culture, and deliver an authentic Turkish dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support staff.
  • Monitor quality of food, beverages, and customer service.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff including chefs, waitstaff, and housekeeping.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and promote team motivation.
  • Ensure staff follow hygiene and grooming standards.

Customer Experience:

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain a warm and hospitable ambiance in line with Turkish culture.

Inventory & Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships for ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
  • Maintain stock levels and prevent wastage.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, local food safety regulations, and labor laws.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and expense monitoring.
  • Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving profitability.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Support brand-building efforts, seasonal promotions, and partnerships.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations (Turkish or international cuisine preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant POS systems, billing, and inventory tools.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering high standards of service.
  • Multilingual (English, Hindi, Telugu).

Work Schedule:

  • 6-day working week, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
