Hiring an Operations Manager – Experience 2+ Years

We are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations

with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate must be:

 Confident with good communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

 Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

 Appropriate Knowledge of MS Office and Excel

 Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics software.

 Proficiency in report generation and creating presentations

 Experience in interior operations, design, or architecture would be a plus.

The candidate will be required to –

 Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

 Follow up with Clients for various purposes, including feedback.

 Work on internal processes to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.

 Op􀆟mizing day-to-day operations, ensuring the company can meet its goals.

 Planning and scheduling tasks.

 Implementing training programmes. Train the team to make sure they focus on customer

centricity.

 Develop and implement strategies to maximize long-term profitability.

 Manage all aspects of business operations, including budgeting and scheduling.

 Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation, etc., updated

 Analyse data from social media, surveys & reviews for improvement in day-to-day

operations.

 Create frequent reviews and reports with relevant data.

 Keeping up with timelines and schedules.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Work experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant work
