Located on-site in Gurugram, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities include managing logistics, coordinating with partners, optimizing processes, and maintaining quality standards. The role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance. Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and fulfillment operations Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Team leadership and project management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with operations management software and tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience in the D2C industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
