Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager for the 3PL Aggregator Model, your role will involve identifying, targeting, and onboarding emerging and established Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands in the Delhi/NCR region. You will play a crucial part in scaling the logistics network by building a strong sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and developing tailored logistics solutions. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated with industry trends will be essential for ensuring seamless client onboarding and service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, target, and onboard emerging and established D2C brands for the 3PL aggregator platform. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals. - Develop strong relationships with brand founders, CXOs, and decision-makers in the D2C ecosystem. - Understand client supply chain requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Tech) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics in the D2C logistics space. **Key Requirements:** - Proven track record of business development/sales in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce. - Strong network within the D2C ecosystem in Delhi/NCR. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end business acquisition. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
