About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard emerging and established

  D2C brands

  for our 3PL aggregator platform.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
• Develop strong relationships with brand founders, CXOs, and decision-makers in the D2C ecosystem.
• Understand client supply chain requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Tech) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics in the D2C logistics space.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of

  business development/sales in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.

• Strong network within the

  D2C ecosystem in Delhi/NCR

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end business acquisition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
