Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will manage teams, coordinate with cross-functional units, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor coordination.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations staff to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic operational plans.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required Skills

Qualifications
