Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability. This includes negotiating with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable terms.
Event Coordination: Plan and oversee events and conferences held at the hotel, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel. Conduct regular inspections and implement quality assurance measures.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to promote the hotel and attract clients, including marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is typically required.
