This profile to be handled from office only, follow up and managing the teams and connecting to OEM.
Prefer Candidates from HVAC or Office Automation Industry or Manufacturing Industry.

1. Managing the people and handling customers
2. Escalation., Delivery, offers follow up . Ensuring enquiry are sent to customers in stipulated time need to keep checking mail
3. Customer payment follows up
4. Ensuring employees come in time and monitoring their moments.
5. Weekly meeting preparing for new project mapping, existing project, pipeline ie: sales funnel
6. Monthly target achieving, order intake, turn over, collection. Monitoring Sales Team target and updating of their performance.
7. Admin of the office
8. Creating HR polices
9. Creating formats for the easy understanding
10. Ensure offers go in time, chasing the OEM to provide the prices. with 4 hrs
11. Creating price list and ensuring profitability and also winning orders
12. Cost of goods needs to be understood
13. Product learning to be done / Model Numbers to be learnt
14. OEM collaboration needs to be done
15. Various area follows up needs to be rigorously
16. Checking on the sales funnel and analysing which all order we can be closed.
17. In case of any person absence need to send offer and preparing invoicing.
18. Checking all the documents before sending to customer
19. Updating every day the activities and sales team moment
20. Preparing price list and format for monitoring.
21. Order intake /Revenue/collection every month and reviewing last month performance short fall to be covered in next month
