Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the company's daily administrative and logistical flow, with a focus on ensuring efficiency across core functions like supply chain, inventory, and logistics within our agrochemical enterprise. The manager will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Critically, the role also serves a human resources function by coordinating and driving the hiring and onboarding processes to successfully integrate new team members. Ultimately, this position is responsible for implementing operational strategies and liaising with stakeholders to improve productivity and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and strategic management skills, including workflow optimization and budget management
• Experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic priorities
• Relevant experience in the agrochemical or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced certifications are an advantage

Working Hours and Compensation

• Working Hours:

  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  , Monday through Friday.

• Compensation:

  Salary will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated expertise.
