Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Experience: 3–5 years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and performance Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments Coordinate between departments (sales, admin, HR, finance) to ensure smooth workflow Identify areas for process improvement and cost control Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office infrastructure Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Lead operational audits and risk assessments Support in hiring and team development for operational roles Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of experience in an operations or administrative leadership role Strong knowledge of business processes, project management, and resource planning Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and business tools (Excel, ERP/CRM systems) Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
