Job Title: Salon Manager Location: Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team in Basaveshwara Nagar. If you have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth functioning Manage and motivate a team of beauticians, stylists, and support staff Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service Handle client queries, feedback, and conflict resolution effectively Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of products and supplies Achieve sales targets and promote upselling of services and retail products Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for staff Coordinate staff schedules and manage attendance Requirements: Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar leadership role in the beauty industry Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth knowledge of salon services, operations, and industry trends Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Flexible to work weekends and peak business hours Certification in cosmetology or salon management is a plus Job Type: Full-time Location: On-site – Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person
