JOB DESCRIPTION
o Ensure all areas of the Salon are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
o Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the Salon standards.
o Ensure proper inventories of all operating Salon equipment are conducted.
o Ensure that Salon follows business conduct and ethics.
o Handling any guest complaints or special requirements.
o Able to promote, sell and upsell Salon and Spa packages
o Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
o Responsible for spa employee’s weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts.
o Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Salon to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
o Recruit and train Salon employees in accordance with sop and guidelines.
o Monitor and review Salon employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance.
o Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Salon operation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
