We’re seeking a Salon Experience Manager who can lead with confidence, manage daily operations, and consistently drive revenue growth through exceptional client experiences and smart business strategies. You’ll ensure that every day runs smoothly, every client leaves delighted, and every month ends stronger than the last. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Growth Deliver a premium, private experience to every client. Build long-term client relationships to increase loyalty and retention. Develop local marketing, referral, and loyalty programs to attract new customers. Follow up with first-time and returning clients for feedback and retention. Track and analyze client data to identify growth opportunities. Leadership & Operations Lead and guide a team of 10+ professionals (stylists, beauticians, therapists, and front desk). Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and ensure punctuality. Maintain the brand-standard ambiance — lighting, scent, hygiene, and décor. Manage CRM, appointments, POS billing, and stock control. Ensure smooth operations and zero downtime during peak hours. Revenue & Business Expansion Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets. Implement offers, festive packages, and upselling techniques to boost sales. Partner with local businesses and influencers for brand visibility. Create and maintain a month-on-month revenue growth plan. Generate performance and business reports for management review. Requirements MBA Graduate (Sales / Marketing / HR / Operations) or minimum 3 years of relevant experience in salon, spa, or luxury retail management. Proven record of achieving business and client growth targets. Proficient in CRM/POS tools (Zoho preferred) and data reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Professional, graceful, ambitious, and highly organized. Performance Goals Revenue Growth: Month-on-month increase in sales. Client Retention: Maintain 60%+ repeat visit ratio. Client Acquisition: Weekly new client additions. Team Productivity: Consistent achievement of daily/monthly goals.
