We’re Hiring – Senior Salon Manager (Kerala Region)

Whitemagic Fashions is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Salon Manager to lead operations across our premium salons in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the salon industry, and the ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently.

Locations Covered: Thodupuzha | Muvattupuzha | Thiruvalla | Trivandrum | Sobha City (Kochi)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Availability: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete operations of multiple salons across Kerala.
• Work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of each outlet.
• Drive sales growth and ensure each salon achieves monthly revenue targets.
• Supervise salon managers and staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct regular visits to salons for performance reviews, staff meetings, and operational audits.
• Handle escalated client issues, staffing, and service quality concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper staff training, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to streamline operations and campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and beauty/fashion market developments to implement new ideas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the salon industry (management or senior supervisory role preferred).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (Malayalam is an added advantage).
• Willingness to travel across Kerala frequently.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, client service, and team coordination.
• Professional, well-groomed, and proactive in approach.
