Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced and organized Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, salon industry experience, and the ability to manage both operations and customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff scheduling
• Supervise beauticians, stylists, and reception staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor inventory, products, and salon supplies
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
• Drive sales through packages, memberships, and promotions
• Coordinate staff training and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in salon management or senior salon role
• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
• Knowledge of salon operations, services, and products
• Basic computer skills (billing software, Excel, POS systems)
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in premium or multi-branch salons
• Sales and revenue growth experience
• Staff training and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of marketing and customer retention strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
