Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage daily salon operations, scheduling, and staff coordination
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate stylists and front desk staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally
Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to meet financial goals
Maintain salon cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
Implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and client retention strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a salon manager, assistant manager, or senior stylist
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Solid understanding of salon operations, retail sales, and customer service
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for beauty, hair trends, and team development
