Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff performance Handle front desk operations, appointments, walk-ins, and client relations Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and SOP compliance Manage salon products, inventory, vendors, and retail sales Oversee billing, cash handling, reports, and administrative records Drive sales through promotions, packages, and upselling Maintain and enforce professional grooming and dress code standards Requirements Proven experience as a Salon Manager / Assistant Salon Manager Strong leadership, organizational, and customer-handling skills Experience in front desk operations and salon management software Good knowledge of salon products, inventory, and admin work Well-groomed and professionally dressed at all times Preferred Certification or diploma in Beauty / Salon Management Experience in premium or luxury salons Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
