Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth project execution, manage teams, and help scale process-driven systems across our verticals. This role demands hands-on involvement in execution, vendor and client coordination, and efficient resource management. Key Responsibilities: · Execution Oversight: Supervise and manage on-ground project. Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. · Process Implementation: Develop, document, and optimize SOPs across verticals. Standardize workflows to ensure consistency and scalability. · Team Management: Lead and coordinate field and support teams. Allocate resources efficiently and ensure alignment with project goals. · Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards, generate weekly/monthly reports, and highlight operational bottlenecks and improvements. · Quality & Compliance: Monitor adherence to internal quality standards and applicable regulations. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. · 3–7 years of experience in operations, execution, or project management roles. · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. · Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and project management software. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach. · Excellent communication and team management skills. · Experience in managing field operations and working across verticals is a plus.
