Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily follow-ups with crane operators and project sites to monitor work progress.
• Ensure effective

  driver and crane utilization

  with minimal downtime.
• Manage

  day-start and day-end operational check-ins

  to maintain smooth workflows.
• Coordinate communication across teams through designated groups for clear daily updates.
• Prepare and present

  weekly performance and utilization reports

  .
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Report directly to the CEO and support in planning and execution of operational strategies.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in

  operations, logistics, or crane/heavy equipment management

  .
• Excellent coordination, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a humble and disciplined approach.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and operational follow-ups.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-ground environment.
