Richi Cranes is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day crane service operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between crane operators, drivers, and clients driving operational excellence and efficiency across all projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily follow-ups with crane operators and project sites to monitor work progress. Ensure effective driver and crane utilization with minimal downtime. Manage day-start and day-end operational check-ins to maintain smooth workflows. Coordinate communication across teams through designated groups for clear daily updates. Prepare and present weekly performance and utilization reports . Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. Report directly to the CEO and support in planning and execution of operational strategies. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in operations, logistics, or crane/heavy equipment management . Excellent coordination, planning, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities with a humble and disciplined approach. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and operational follow-ups. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-ground environment.
