Job Description: Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who will serve as the bridge between our clients,

development team, and internal operations. This role combines project management, client

relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth business operations and

sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Client Relations

 Manage end-to-end project delivery and coordinate with development teams.

 Serve as primary point of contact for clients to gather new requirements and manage

expectations.

 Handle project delays and technical issues by effectively communicating with clients and

providing solutions.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

 Act as liaison between clients and developers to ensure optimal productivity and satisfaction.

Operations Management

 Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.

 Coordinate with HR for timely recruitment and filling of open positions.

 Address operational issues including maintenance (AC, electricity), procurement, and office

supplies.

 Resolve employee concerns and workplace issues promptly.

 Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with work schedules.

 Maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Business Development Support

 Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and generate new business leads.

 Support lead conversion activities through effective client communication.

 Contribute to business growth strategies and implementation.

Required Qualifications

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA)

Experience

 Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

 Experience in client-facing roles preferred.

 Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and

stakeholders.

 Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
