Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in a professional setting. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems accurately.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Generate basic reports as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed and accuracy (recommended: 35–45 WPM).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of databases and online systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
