Roles and Responsibilities: Secretarial Function: Company Incorporation: Handle the incorporation process for Private and Public Limited Companies. Corporate Governance and Compliance: Amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Draft and manage notices, agendas, minutes, Directors’ Reports, and Annual Returns.
