Team and Process Oversight : Manage and mentor Production teams (~10 members), including chemists, technicians, and operators; foster a culture of continuous improvement through training on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or analytical tools. Integrate quality into product development by reviewing new product briefs, participating in gate reviews, and ensuring R&D outputs meet QC standards before launch. Monitor production processes to minimize waste, improve yield, and address issues like batch variability or packaging integrity; work with contract manufacturers. Regulatory and Compliance : Ensure all products comply with global regulations (e.g., labeling, claims substantiation, and allergen declarations); prepare regulatory submissions and dossiers for new product approvals.
