Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead a large on-ground team to achieve performance and quality goals.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and company standards across all operational functions.
  • Develop and implement efficient work allocation, shift planning, and roster management practices.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation or simplification.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Handle internal and external escalations with a strong ownership and problem-solving approach.
  • Conduct training and refresher sessions to strengthen team capabilities and process understanding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Client Success) to align on priorities and streamline execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
  • Maintain clear reporting, dashboards, and documentation for internal visibility and audits.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be able portray good leadership abilities
  • Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame
  • Should be able to work as part of a team on a regular basis
  • He/she must have good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
