Role Overview:

As Unit Head, you will lead the end-to-end operations of the Dehydrated F&V Project – covering planning, execution, audits, hygiene, and documentation, etc. This role demands strong leadership, team management skills, operational control, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute production activities as per project goals.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal and external audits; maintain audit-ready documentation and records.
• Manage procurement, quality checks, and inventory controls.
• Supervise and train operational teams to drive efficiency and performance.
• Maintain logs and reports in line with food safety and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, farmers, authorities, and customers.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and report project progress to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s in food science & technology.
• 8+ years of experience in the relevant food processing industry (Mango fruit Processing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, audits, hygiene, documentation, and quality standards.
• Effective leadership, team player, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Telugu

  fluency is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Age – preferably between 45-50 yrs.
