Job Title: Execution & Systems Manager (Founder's Office | Ops + Task Tracking) Location: D-23, E Block, Sector 59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Execution & Systems Manager to work directly with the founder across multiple fast-growing businesses — including a cafe (London Street Cafe), a restaurant tech platform (Dine50), and an e-commerce brand. You will act as the operational brain behind the founder, ensuring ideas turn into execution, systems are created and audited, and teams are aligned. This is a perfect role for someone who loves organizing chaos, driving execution, and helping founders scale faster. Key Responsibilities: Founder Support & Execution: Convert daily voice notes and ideas into structured tasks and projects Assign tasks to relevant team members and track them to closure Manage daily 15-min sync with founder to prioritize work Systems & SOP Creation: Build SOPs for operations, marketing, HR, and finance Maintain an up-to-date SOP library in Google Sheets or documentation tools Conduct weekly SOP audits and refine processes Project & Dashboard Management: Maintain task dashboards across all businesses (Google Sheets or Asana) Track project timelines, deadlines, red flags, and ownership Share weekly reports with the founder on progress and bottlenecks Team Coordination & Accountability: Directly manage and follow up with internal team members Ensure alignment and timely completion of delegated tasks Ideal Candidate: 2–5 years of experience in operations, execution, or project management Proficient in Google Sheets, task tracking, and documentation Strong follow-up and accountability mindset Detail-oriented with great communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of business functions (marketing, operations, finance) Bonus: Experience using Asana or ClickUp Why Join Us?
