HR Executive / HR Manager Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment , onboarding, and employee documentation. Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations . Implement employee engagement and retention strategies . Coordinate with management for HR policies and compliance . Maintain HR reports, trackers , and ensure smooth office operations. Operations Manager / Team Leader Roles & Responsibilities: Manage a team of agents ensuring daily targets (KPIs) are met . Monitor live calls, provide process coaching & performance feedback . Prepare daily/weekly reports and track productivity metrics. Handle escalations, solve problems, and ensure smooth process flow . Drive team motivation, accountability, and ensure high-quality deliverables . Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or team handling (BPO experience preferred). Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) is a must. Proficient with computers, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email correspondence . Ability to handle targets, team performance, and day-to-day operations independently . Must be a proactive leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Should be comfortable working in an evening shift (International Process) . Work-from-office only Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Virar, Mumbai .
