The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Ops team for Amplify. You’ll drive operational excellence by managing campaign execution at scale, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring our creators and brand partners have a seamless experience. This role requires a mix of problem-solving, process design, and team leadership to make operations predictable and scalable.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Operations Executives to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Campaign Delivery: Oversee end-to-end campaign operations—from creator onboarding and content delivery to reporting—ensuring all campaigns meet KPIs and timelines.

Client & Creator Engagement: Supervise 50–100 daily connects (across the team) with creators and brand stakeholders, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved quickly.

Supply–Demand Management: Anticipate creator supply gaps, design quick fixes, and build long-term strategies for balanced marketplace supply.

Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and implement automation, dashboards, and SOPs to make operations scalable and predictable.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, strategy) to ensure campaigns deliver business outcomes.

Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance, generate insights, and present reports to leadership to drive decision-making.

3–6 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or client delivery roles.

Proven track record of managing teams and scaling processes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for quick execution.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (experience with BI tools a plus).
