Job Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high performance and uphold company standards.
Monitor and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with local regulations.
Implement and optimize operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
Drive marketing and promotional initiatives in coordination with management to increase footfall and sales.
Should have 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
