Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the management of hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
Analyze financial reports and optimize resource allocation to achieve profitability goals.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts promptly.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service and facilities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Knowledge of hospitality software and technology systems is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
