Overseeing all daily hotel operations and managing staff
Candiadate must have experienced in 5 years in similar role
Oversee daily operations: Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop strategy: Set strategic goals for the hotel and communicate them to staff, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
Maintain facilities: Supervise maintenance, renovations, and general upkeep of the hotel to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Lead staff: Provide leadership, manage staff performance, and handle hiring, training, and scheduling for all employees.
Drive guest satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and implementing improvements based on guest feedback.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
