Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Voyage Hotels & Resorts, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation.
Supervise staff members to achieve high performance standards.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain consistency and quality across all properties.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or resorts, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including booking platforms and revenue management tools.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols and labor laws.
