Operations Manager

We are looking for an operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations

with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

The candidate must be:

• Confident with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioriƟze tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Appropriate Knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics software.
• Proficiency in report generation and creating presentations
• Experience in interior operations, design, or architecture would be a plus.

Job description:

The candidate will be required to –

• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Follow up with Clients for various purposes including feedback.
• Work on internal processes to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
• Optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring the company can meet its goals.
• Planning and scheduling tasks.
• Implementing training programmes. Train the team to make sure they focus on customer centricity.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize long-term profitability.
• Manage all aspects of business operations including hiring, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation, etc. updated
• Analyse data from social media, surveys & reviews for improvement in day-to-day operations.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with relevant data.
• Keeping up with timelines and schedules.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Work experience: A minimum of 1 year experience in relevant work

Full-time, on-site role.
