Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for an Experienced Senior Designer with a strong sense of design and awareness of industry trends.

The candidate must be:

• Confident with good collaboration and communication skills. 
• Proficient in design software (2D & 3D) 
• Excellent attention to detail and creative vision. 
• Good knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and on site processes. Experience leading projects and working directly with clients and contractors Able to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passionate about design 

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Architecture/Interior Design 

Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through design and execution stages. 
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff 
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and marketing teams. 
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines. 
• Handle client meetings and presentations, offering design insights and recommendations. 
• Handling the communication and work on site. 
• Create and modify 2D drawings and detailed working drawings. 
• Create good 3D renders for presentations. 

Only Apply if you have 3+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interiors, a Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's in Interior Design (M.Des) degree & a great eye for art, design & details.
