We’re Hiring – Corporate Hospital Operations Executive (Full-Time) 🚨 We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed healthcare group operating two established ophthalmology hospitals in the North-West region of Bangalore . They are looking for a committed, capable, and growth-focused professional to take charge of hospital operations at the corporate level. Role: Corporate Executive – Hospital Operations Location: North-West Bangalore Work Schedule: Full-time | 6 days a week CTC: ₹7.8 Lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead and streamline hospital operations across two units 🔹 Take ownership of P&L performance and budgeting 🔹 Drive patient experience and service quality 🔹 Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders 🔹 Oversee PR, outreach, and community engagement 🔹 Ensure NABH accreditation readiness and documentation 🔹 Prepare dashboards, Excel-based reports & presentations Eligibility Criteria: ✅ MBA in Healthcare / MHA ✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations ✅ Strong working knowledge of NABH standards ✅ Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentations ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Based in or willing to work in North-West Bangalore To Apply: Send your CV or DM me directly.
