🔹 Lead and streamline hospital operations across two units
🔹 Take ownership of P&L performance and budgeting
🔹 Drive patient experience and service quality
🔹 Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
🔹 Oversee PR, outreach, and community engagement
🔹 Ensure NABH accreditation readiness and documentation
🔹 Prepare dashboards, Excel-based reports & presentations
✅ MBA in Healthcare / MHA
✅ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations
✅ Strong working knowledge of NABH standards
✅ Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentations
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Based in or willing to work in North-West Bangalore
