Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Tirur. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that all departments run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, budgeting, and improving operational systems. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with coordinating between departments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
