Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile job Title: Operations Manager Company: Go Garage Multibrand Two-Wheeler Service Centre Location: Pune, Mumbai, and other locations (India-wide expansion) Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the service centre(s) ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across multiple locations. Also adding more corporate tie ups. Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and processes to enhance overall efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and train operational teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer-centricity. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify operational bottlenecks, customer complaints, or service issues. Provide effective, timely, and sustainable solutions to maintain high service standards. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure smooth management of parts inventory, tools, and equipment. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or delays. Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Create reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and service metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are consistently met. Resolve escalated customer complaints swiftly. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Expansion Support: Assist in scaling operations as Go Garage expands into new locations. Manage the setup and operational integration of new service centres. Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all operational activities are compliant with safety standards and legal regulations. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive, service, or retail industry. Experience in managing multiple locations is a plus. diploma holder with 7 years of experience are also welcome. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing teams, driving performance, and creating a positive working environment. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior management. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with two-wheeler repair and maintenance processes is a significant advantage. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and rapidly evolving company needs, especially in the context of expansion.
