We're Hiring: Operations Manager – Milling & Packing 📍 Location: Bengaluru 🕒 Full-time | On-site 💼 4–7 years experience | FMCG / Manufacturing / Food Production 💰 Competitive salary based on experience We’re scaling fast and looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run our milling and packing operations across two shifts. If you know how to lead blue-collar teams, implement factory floor discipline, and improve production output — we want to talk to you. What You’ll Own: ✅ Daily production and shift targets ✅ Supervision of packers, millers, and shift operations ✅ Preventive maintenance and downtime reduction ✅ Material flow coordination and basic inventory control ✅ Reporting and production data tracking (Excel / Google Sheets) What We’re Looking For: 4–7 years in manufacturing ops (preferably food/FMCG/milling) Strong floor leadership and process ownership Experience managing teams across shifts Familiarity with basic maintenance and SOPs Excel/Sheets knowledge for reporting Bonus: Experience with lean tools (5S, TPM) Exposure to scale-up operations Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment We are growing fast and you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that growth is sustainable, efficient, and built on disciplined operations — not chaos or firefighting. 📩 Send your CV to HR@millstory.in
