🧫 Conduct all lab tests for ensuring quality of grains, flour, and spices (e.g. spectroscopy, alcohol acidity, and filth tests) to ensure FSSAI compliance.
📋 Maintain lab records, inspection logs, and monthly reports; ensure hygiene and traceability across milling and packaging.
🔍 Audit suppliers and raw materials; verify COAs and product consistency.
🤝 Coordinate with operations and R&D to resolve quality issues and improve formulations.
💡 Drive process improvements for better shelf life and sensory quality.
✅ B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, or Chemistry
✅ 4-6 yrs QC/QA experience in FMCG or food industry
✅ Hands-on experience running lab tests
✅ Strong documentation and communication skills.
