Implement and maintain quality systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Conduct audits: Perform regular internal and external audits to evaluate quality performance and ensure adherence to established quality standards and regulations. Analyze data and performance: Monitor quality indicators, analyze data from various sources, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions: Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and incidents to determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Train employees: Provide training and education to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with other departments, such as production and management, to address quality concerns and drive quality initiatives.
