Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in a similar industry
Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA

Key Requirements:

• Industry Background: Candidates must be from the same/similar industry (mandatory).
• Designation Criteria: Must be currently designated as Operations Manager (similar work profiles/designations will not be considered).
• Team Handling: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Operational Excellence: Strong track record in optimizing operations, process improvements, cost control, and achieving business targets.
• Client Coordination: Ability to manage client relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Compliance & Reporting: Hands-on experience in handling audits, compliance, MIS reporting, and daily operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Train and develop staff for improved performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
