Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for student applications, admissions, and visa processing.
• Ensure compliance with university and embassy guidelines.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve individual and group targets.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with counselors, admissions, and external partners for smooth workflows.
• Develop and implement SOPs, reporting systems, and process improvements.
• Handle escalations from students/parents with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate data, MIS reports, and support audits/strategy.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations (preferably in overseas education).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with prior team-handling experience.
• Knowledge of admissions and visa processes (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/Germany/Ireland preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
