Job Description

Key Responsibilities;-

Oversee and manage all India-based operations teams (Pre-Ops, Inside Ops, Outside Ops, Post Ops, Funding, and Supply Chain).
Maintain full visibility of the companys
entire project pipeline
from sale to PTO.
Build and enforce
SOPs, SLAs, and daily performance metrics
for all operations roles.
Hold department managers accountable for timelines, accuracy, and deliverables.
Monitor and report daily progress on
project volume, backlog, and completion rates.
Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align priorities, capacity, and strategic goals.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement systems that eliminate them permanently.
Create and maintain
dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking
in Google Sheets / Data Studio.
Partner with the CRM & Process teams to automate workflows and improve cross-department handoffs.
Own
quality control and accuracy
across all project documentation and submissions.
Ensure fast, clear communication between India and U.S. teams.
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing managers and team leads.

Requirements-

10+ years of experience
in operations, project management, or business process leadership.
Proven track record of
running large, fast-paced, high-volume operations
(solar, construction, or service industry preferred).
Strong command of
project management methodologies and KPIs.
Excellent
English communication
written, spoken, and professional under pressure.
